2. What I Collect

Information you provide directly

If you submit a contact form, book a call through Cal.com, or email me directly, I'll receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and any details about your business or enquiry.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site — which pages are visited, how long people spend, and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and anonymised. I use it to improve the site, not to identify or track individuals.

Google Analytics may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and general location data. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Booking data

When you book a call through the embedded Cal.com widget, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any information you enter during the booking process. Cal.com processes this data under its own privacy policy. I receive the booking details to prepare for our conversation.

• To respond to your enquiry or prepare for a booked call
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it
• To send follow-up communication related to your enquiry (not marketing)
• To comply with any legal obligations

I don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.

This site uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Cal.com — call booking and scheduling (cal.com)
• Webflow — website hosting and form submissions (webflow.com)

Contact form submissions and booking information are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard settings.

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. If you're in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR. If you're in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles apply.
